Final Update

Hey everyone, M2 here.

I know I have also said this in the chat. But I now want to make it formal.

wait for it…

I’m pronouncing Dark Translations dead at the scene.

It has been over two years since we have had an update for any series, and the few members who I am still in contact with (if you can even call me popping in every couple months ‘contact’) are just editors. I’m really thankful to Demenious, GX, Ash, and all the other translators (but the above three especially), who helped make our project so successful. Some editors I would like to call out include the_delinquent, Ruze, and Albert Chen, who have all been active in the last year.

I’m not sure if any of you still remember the times that I worked at Itranslateln, but darktranslations has always been a lot of fun. I enjoyed editing and tweaking things like our header and banner, creating title images etc. The website really was a dream come true for my highschool self. I hope that a lot of you guys enjoyed it while it lasted, because I know that I did.

I’m not going to be deleting the website or any of the group’s resources, and everyone will still be able to access the chapters posted. Anyone who still has access to the google drive will still have access to it as well. The dark translations skype group will also remain.

I’ll still check in from time to time, so don’t be afraid to say hi or anything.

Anyways, peace out. It has been fun!

-M2

-ps. I give anyone my blessing to continue the series where we left off. If you want access to the work we have done (the drive) just email me at dark.light.translations@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you within two months. (not the greatest timeline, but its something isn’t it?)

-p.p.s. GX I’m not sure if it is you who is trying to log into the group email, but if it is you let me know. I’ve kind of just been ignoring the blocked sign-in messages hahaha….

  1. I saw this coming for a while, as it’s been a while since any real activity.

Anyway, thanks to the whole team for all the work they did and for introducing us to such fun series like Kuang Shen! I’ll see you guys around if you keep reading and/or translating online, I’m sure. 🙂

  2. I never left a comment but I feel a need to since I always come back to this site to remember the good times I had here. I read my first LN here way back in middle school now im a college juinor. I loved mad god and it allowed me to find more books in the cultivation genre. I will always end up thinking of this translation group whenever I think about how I started reading so much. I should of left a comment saying thank you sooner, but better late than never
